CMHC Replay: Applying Clinical Pearls to Everyday Practice

CMHC Replay is a comprehensive digital learning experience featuring educational content from the 20th Annual Meeting of the Cardiometabolic Health Congress. This on-demand program provides healthcare professionals with access to the latest clinical advances across critical topics including chronic kidney disease (CKD), heart failure, hypertension, type 2 diabetes (T2D), dyslipidemia, lifestyle management, obesity, and cardiovascular health. Designed to bridge the gap between cutting-edge medical research and clinical application, CMHC Replay equips participants with practical, evidence-based strategies for preventing, delaying, and managing cardio-renal-metabolic disorders that can be immediately integrated into patient care.

Target Audience

The educational design of this activity addresses the needs of US-based healthcare professionals, including cardiologists, endocrinologists, lipidologists, primary care clinicians (PCPs), registered nurses, advanced practice registered nurses, dieticians, pharmacists, and other allied health professionals involved in the management and treatment of cardiometabolic patients.

Learning Objectives

After completing this activity, the participant should be better able to:

  • Describe the connections between cardiometabolic risk factors and their collective influence on the progression of cardiometabolic diseases, including diabetes, dyslipidemia, hypertension, obesity, kidney disease, and cardiovascular disease
  • Analyze recent evidence and guidelines to enhance the prevention, screening, and management of patients with cardiometabolic risk or established cardiometabolic disease
