Gastrointestinal Symptoms: Part 1
Participants in this session will enjoying a comprehensive discussion on constipation, including opioid-induced constipation. Causes of constipation, non-pharmacologic and pharmacologic management options, and adverse effects will be discussed. Particular attention will be paid to the management of opioid-induced constipation, and how management is different from other causes of constipation. A discussion of diarrhea will also be included.
