Role of Combining Spinal Cord Stimulation & Intrathecal Therapy

This presentation will describe the concept of combing two distinct methods of neuromodulation, spinal cord stimulation and intrathecal drug delivery. The presenter will discuss some evidence of dual therapy and review clinical scenarios utilizing on-label indications for this approach to include the concept of salvage therapy. In addition, a forward perspective for the use of dual therapy and potential research opportunities will be explored.
