Target Audience

This activity has been designed to meet the educational needs of physicians, advanced practice registered nurses and registered nurses and involved in the care of patients with atopic dermatitis.

Learning Objectives

  • Identify AD based on the evaluation of clinical characteristics specific to infants, children, adolescents, and adult patients.
  • List the pathogenic mechanisms of AD across the age spectrum, from pediatric through adult populations.
  • Review individualized treatment plans for pediatric and adult patients with moderate-to-severe AD based on current guideline recommendations for AD, the safety and efficacy of new and emerging treatment options, comorbidities, and patient quality of life.
